Seventy Five: Blue Raspberry

This week we're crackin' open Blue Raspberry from Evil Twin Brewing by way of the Twelve Percent Beer Project. Evil Twin's main brewery is out of Queens, NY and Twelve Percent as our listeners know, is out of North Haven, CT. This sour IPA is a delightfully light and balanced beer that is not too sour and not too sweet and altogether very refreshing. A great introduction to sour beers for someone who maybe doesn't like most other beer varieties, Blue Raspberry might be a beer, but its almost like a seltzer.
